What We Do:

Inspecting during Covid: If the home is occupied, it is preferred that the occupants vacate the home for the inspection. Extra care is being taken to ensure safe Covid protocol during the inspection.

Wright Home Inspection performs inspections according to the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. These are minimum standards providing a guideline and often the home inspection goes above and beyond these standards. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of your home and help you make an informed decision on your investment.

Wright Home Inspection is an independent, insured, Home Inspection company located in Durango, Colorado providing home inspections throughout the Four Corners Area. We perform a visual home inspection of a structure and its systems, as well as an operational check of the various mechanical systems. We evaluate the present condition of a home and its systems, and make recommendations when applicable. Our home inspections can reveal defects that even the seller is not aware of. We provide computer generated reports in an easy to read, narrative style supported with digital pictures. Our philosophy is to provide timely, accurate home inspections while educating the customer about the condition and operation of the home.
